Day 1

Technical Events

  • Paper Presentation
    Description:
    The Paper Presentation event offers a platform for showcase their innovative ideas, research insights, or project outcomes through a technical paper. Topics can cover any domain within Artificial Intelligence and its applications, including Machine Learning, Data Science, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, AI in industry, society, and emerging technologies. The goal is to encourage original thinking, real-world relevance, and technical communication.

    Rules & Guidelines:
    •⁠ ⁠Team size should be 3 to 5 members.
    •⁠ ⁠Abstract must be in PDF format with a maximum of 300 words (compulsory).
    •⁠ ⁠Final paper, if required, should follow IEEE or a standard format and not exceed 6 pages.
    •⁠ ⁠Presentation should be in PPT or PDF format and brought on a pen drive.
    •⁠ ⁠Each team will have 7 minutes to present followed by 3 minutes for Q&A.
    •⁠ ⁠All content must be original; plagiarism will result in disqualification.
    •⁠ ⁠All team members must be present during the session.
    •⁠ ⁠Judges’ decision will be final.
    •⁠ ⁠Certificates will be provided to all participants who present.
  • Poster Presentation
    Description:
    The Poster Presentation event invites participants to visually present their innovative ideas, projects, or research through engaging and informative posters. Topics can include areas such as AI in Everyday Life and AI Beyond the Human. This format encourages concise yet impactful communication of concepts, promoting creative thinking and real-world relevance.

    Rules & Guidelines:
    •⁠ ⁠Each team must consist of 2 participants only (no individual or larger teams allowed).
    •⁠ ⁠Posters must be the team’s own work. Plagiarism or using someone else’s poster design is not allowed.
    •⁠ ⁠Abstract submission is not required for poster presentations.
    •⁠ ⁠Posters must be printed in A2 or A1 size and brought to the venue.
    •⁠ ⁠Poster making at the venue is strictly not allowed.
    •⁠ ⁠Explanation Time: Maximum 5–7 minutes per team during evaluation.
    •⁠ ⁠Both team members must be present during their session.
    •⁠ ⁠Posters will be evaluated based on Creativity, Relevance, Visual Appeal, and Clarity of Presentation.
    •⁠ ⁠The poster content must be in English.
    •⁠ ⁠No offensive, copyrighted, or unrelated content should be included.
    •⁠ ⁠Teams must arrive 30 minutes before their slot to set up their posters.
    •⁠ ⁠Entry Fee: Comes under Duo Pass - ₹350.
    •⁠ ⁠Certificates will be awarded to both winners and all participants.
  • Prompt War
    Description:
    Prompt War is a solo AI image-generation challenge where participants must craft the perfect prompt to recreate given reference images. With only a few minutes per image, the event tests creativity, precision, and quick thinking in prompt engineering.

    Rules & Guidelines:
    •⁠ ⁠This is a solo event – only individual participation is allowed.
    •⁠ ⁠Five images will be shown one by one during the event.
    •⁠ ⁠For each image, participants have 3–5 minutes to submit their prompt.
    •⁠ ⁠Prompts must be in English, clear, and relevant to the shown image.
    •⁠ ⁠Only the event’s provided AI tool/system can be used – no phones or external help.
    •⁠ ⁠Generated images must not contain offensive, violent, or discriminatory content.
    •⁠ ⁠One attempt per image – no retries allowed.
    •⁠ ⁠Judging: Accuracy (50%), Clarity (20%), Creativity (20%), Time (10%).
    •⁠ ⁠Tie-breaker: Extra image with a 3-minute time limit.
    •⁠ ⁠Disqualification for plagiarism, pre-written prompts, or misconduct.
    •⁠ ⁠Certificates will be awarded to both winners and all participants.
  • TechRiddle
    Description:
    Techriddle is a fast-paced and brain-teasing event where participants must decode riddles, puzzles, and clues related to technology, computer science, AI, and the digital world. Whether it’s cracking logic-based challenges or identifying tech tools from cryptic hints, this event will test your wit, problem-solving ability, and tech-savviness under pressure.

    Rules & Guidelines:
    •⁠ ⁠Totally 30 Questions will be given and each participant recieves 30 Minutes as their Time Limit.
    •⁠ ⁠The Duo which got most of the Answers right with the time limit or within the time limit will be announced as the Winner of this Event.
    •⁠ ⁠Mobile Phones , Tablets, Smart Watches or Any other Electronic gadgets are not allowed and stricly prohibited in the event environment.
    •⁠ ⁠If any found , A Warning will be given. If it Repeats , that duo will be disqualified without any Consideration.
    •⁠ ⁠You can keep your items in your bag and please do put your mobile phones in Silent Mode or Airplane Mode.
    •⁠ ⁠Judges decision is the Final Decision.
    •⁠ ⁠Certificates will be awarded to both winners and all participants.

Cultural Events

  • Group Dance
    Description:
    Get ready to set the stage on fire! Group Dance is a high-energy event where rhythm meets creativity. Teams of passionate dancers will showcase their coordination, expressions, and choreography as they compete to impress the audience and judges. Whether it’s classical, hip-hop, fusion, or freestyle bring your best moves and steal the spotlight!

    Rules & Guidelines:
    •⁠ ⁠Each team must have 3 to 7 members.
    •⁠ ⁠Maximum performance time: 6 minutes.
    •⁠ ⁠Song track must be in MP3 format on a pen drive (mandatory) and also emailed to neuronixgroupdance2025@gmail.com with your team name (email is for transfer only, not for direct playing).
    •⁠ ⁠Props are allowed but must be arranged by participants and used safely without damaging the stage.
    •⁠ ⁠Obscene gestures, inappropriate costumes, or offensive lyrics will lead to immediate disqualification.
    •⁠ ⁠Exceeding the time limit will result in point deductions.
    •⁠ ⁠Any indecent or violent behavior backstage or on stage will not be tolerated.
    •⁠ ⁠Judges’ decision is final and binding.
    •⁠ ⁠Certificates will be awarded to both winners and all participants.
  • Talent Show
    Description:
    A stage to showcase your unique skills, Be it singing, dancing, acting, miming, or any other special talent. Step up, shine, and let your creativity speak for itself!

    Rules & Guidelines:
    •⁠ ⁠Maximum 5 Mins / Minimum 2 Mins of Performace
    •⁠ ⁠No Vulgar Language or Refference
    •⁠ ⁠Only Solo Performance.
    •⁠ ⁠If you're Going to Dance or Sing or Act or Mime , must submit the Background Track at this email atjunhari51671@gmail.com and also required to carry a Copy with themselves in a Pendrive.
    •⁠ ⁠Judge's decision is the final decision.
    •⁠ ⁠Certificates will be awarded to both winners and all participants.
  • Mic for a Minute (JAM)
    Description:
    A thrilling test of spontaneity, fluency, and presence of mind. Participants must speak continuously for one minute on a surprise topic. No repetition, hesitation, or deviation allowed. A fast-paced, fun event that challenges wit, vocabulary, and quick thinking.

    Rules & Guidelines:
    •⁠ ⁠Individual event – one speaker at a time.
    •⁠ ⁠Topics given on the spot – no prior preparation.
    •⁠ ⁠Speak non-stop for 1 minute on the given topic.
    •⁠ ⁠Avoid the 3 JAM violations.
    •⁠ ⁠No repeating words or ideas.
    •⁠ ⁠No unnatural pauses or fillers (e.g., “um”, “uh”).
    •⁠ ⁠Stay on topic; don’t wander off.
    •⁠ ⁠A moderator will track errors and stop the participant upon violation.
    •⁠ ⁠Top scorers may enter a final JAM round for the winner’s title.
    •⁠ ⁠Judges’ decisions are final.
    •⁠ ⁠Certificates will be issued to winners and participants.
  • Lyrics Hub
    Description:
    Think you know your favorite songs inside out? LyricsHub is the ultimate lyrical challenge where participants must identify songs from incomplete lines, twisted phrases, or hummed tunes. Whether you're a pop lover, a classical fan, or a Bollywood buff, your lyrical memory and music sense will be put to the test!

    Rules & Guidelines:
    •⁠ ⁠Round 1 : Finding the song by using the pictures
    Description: we will give four to five images by using these images you have to connect the images to find a song
    •⁠ ⁠Round 2: Finding the missing lyrical word.
    Description: we will give the half of the song and then after 10 or 15 lines there will be a missing word and you have to find that word . Only one chance for each group no second chance will be given
    •⁠ ⁠Round 3 : Finding the background music
    Description : we will provide the background music ,by using that bgm you have to find the song
    •⁠ ⁠Duration for single round : 20 seconds for each round
    •⁠ ⁠Certificates will be awarded to both winners and all participants.
  • Connection
    Description:
    "Connections" is a fun and engaging puzzle game where players group a set of clues into four categories based on their hidden relationships. It tests observation, reasoning, and teamwork as participants race against time to find the correct connections. Perfect for sharpening quick thinking while enjoying a friendly challenge!"

    Rules & Guidelines:
    •⁠ ⁠Each team consists of 2 players.
    •⁠ ⁠Teams cannot switch members once the game starts.
    •⁠ ⁠Each round provides 16 clues (words, phrases, names, etc.).
    •⁠ ⁠Clues can belong to categories like movies, food, places, people, or technical terms.
    •⁠ ⁠Discuss with your partner and arrange the clues into 4 correct groups.
    •⁠ ⁠Only one category guess can be submitted at a time.
    •⁠ ⁠If a guess is wrong, you may try again until the time runs out.
    •⁠ ⁠Time Limit: Each round is 5 minutes long. Teams must submit their final grouping before the timer ends.
    •⁠ ⁠Scoring: +10 points for each correct category found. +5 bonus points for finishing all 4 categories before time ends.
    •⁠ ⁠No negative points for wrong guesses.
    •⁠ ⁠No mobile phones, internet search, or help from the audience.
    •⁠ ⁠Any cheating will lead to instant disqualification.
    •⁠ ⁠Certificates will be issued to winners And participants
  • Haunt & Hunt – Treasure Hunt
    Description:
    Haunt and Hunt is a thrilling solo challenge where participants race against time to complete a series of spooky, fun, and brain-teasing tasks. From quick physical activities to sharp observation tests, each clue must be solved in sequence without any external help. The fastest participant to crack all clues wins, with certificates for both winners and participants.

    Rules & Guidelines:
    •⁠ ⁠This is a solo event—only one participant per entry.
    •⁠ ⁠Event will involve quick 1–2 minute tasks, including spooky challenges, and physical or observation tasks.
    •⁠ ⁠No external help or mobile phones allowed.
    •⁠ ⁠All clues must be solved in order.
    •⁠ ⁠Damaging props or tampering with other participants' clues will lead to immediate disqualification.
    •⁠ ⁠The first participant to find with correct answers will be declared the winner.
    •⁠ ⁠Certificates will be awarded to both winners and all participants.
