Day 1

Technical Events

  • Paper Presentation
    Description:
    The Paper Presentation event offers a platform for showcase their innovative ideas, research insights, or project outcomes through a technical paper. Topics can cover any domain within Artificial Intelligence and its applications, including Machine Learning, Data Science, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, AI in industry, society, and emerging technologies. The goal is to encourage original thinking, real-world relevance, and technical communication.

    Rules and Guidelines:
    Participation can be team of 3 - 5 members.
    Abstract submission is mandatory (PDF format, maximum 300 words).

    Final paper (if applicable) should follow IEEE or standard technical paper format (maximum 6 pages).

    Participants must use slides (PPT or PDF format) for presentation and bring them on a USB drive.

    Presentation Time:
    7 minutes + 3 minutes for Q&A.
    All content must be original. Plagiarism will result in disqualification.

    All team members must be present during the session.

    Judges’ decisions will be final.
    Certificates will be awarded to all presenting participants.
  • Poster Presentation
    Description:
    The Poster Presentation event invites participants to visually present their innovative ideas, projects, or research through engaging and informative posters. Topics can include areas such as AI in Everyday Life and AI Beyond the Human. This format encourages concise yet impactful communication of concepts, promoting creative thinking and real-world relevance.

    Rules and Guidelines:
    •⁠ ⁠Each team must consist of 2 participants only (no individual or larger teams allowed).
    •⁠ ⁠Posters must be printed in A2 or A1 size and brought to the venue.
    •⁠ ⁠Explanation Time: Maximum 5 minutes per team during evaluation.
    •⁠ ⁠Both team members must be present during their session.

    Judges’ decisions will be final.
    Certificates will be awarded to all presenting participants.
  • Prompt War
    Description:
    In this AI-powered challenge, participants will showcase their skill in prompt engineering—the craft of designing effective and intelligent instructions for AI models. From solving logical puzzles to generating creative content, participants must think quickly and communicate clearly to get the best possible outputs from the AI. It’s not just what you say—it’s how you prompt it.

    Rules and Guidelines:
    This is an individual event.
    Prompts will be crafted live based on specific tasks or categories, such as creative writing, code generation, summarization, image generation (if applicable), etc.
    AI outputs will be generated and evaluated in real-time using pre-set models/tools provided by the organizers.

    Each participant will be given 3 different tasks, with a fixed time limit (e.g., 5 minutes per prompt).

    Participants must submit their final prompt and the corresponding output within the allotted time.

    Evaluation will be based on the effectiveness, creativity, and relevance of the prompt-output pair.

    Judges’ decisions will be final. Certificates will be issued to winners and participants.
  • TechRiddle
    Description: Techriddle is a fast-paced and brain-teasing event where participants must decode riddles, puzzles, and clues related to technology, computer science, AI, and the digital world. Whether it’s cracking logic-based challenges or identifying tech tools from cryptic hints, this event will test your wit, problem-solving ability, and tech-savviness under pressure.

    Rules and Guidelines:
    This is an individual event. Participants will be presented with a series of tech-based riddles or puzzles—ranging from logical reasoning to decoding abbreviations, identifying tech personalities, or solving coding-themed brainteasers.

    Each participant will get:
    5 riddles/tasks in total Fixed time limit (e.g., 15 minutes) to solve and submit answers.

    Riddles may include formats such as: Cryptic tech phrases. Visual/code-based hints. Logical deduction puzzles

    “Guess the gadget/person/language/tool” style questions, Use of mobile phones, internet, or external help is strictly prohibited.

    Judges’ decisions are final. Certificates will be issued to winners and participants.

Cultural Events

  • Group Dance
    Description:
    Get ready to set the stage on fire! Group Dance is a high-energy event where rhythm meets creativity. Teams of passionate dancers will showcase their coordination, expressions, and choreography as they compete to impress the audience and judges. Whether it’s classical, hip-hop, fusion, or freestyle—bring your best moves and steal the spotlight!

    Rules and Guidelines:
    This is a team event.
    Each team can have 3 - 5 members.

    Performance Time: Maximum: 6 minutes

    Props are allowed, but teams must bring their own and ensure safety.

    Music must be submitted in MP3 format atleast 2 days before the event to the cordinator.

    Judges’ decisions are final.
    Certificates will be provided to winners and participants.
  • Talent Show
    Description:
    Everyone has a spark—Show Off is your stage to let it shine! Whether it’s dancing, singing, mimicry, beatboxing, stand-up comedy, or any other special skill, this event is all about celebrating individuality and talent. Step up solo, bring your best, and own the spotlight in front of an enthusiastic crowd!

    Rules and Guidelines:
    This is an individual event.
    Participants can perform any one talent of their choice, such as:

    Dance. Singing. Mimicry. Beatboxing. Stand-up comedy. Instrumental music. Poetry or storytelling. Magic tricks or other unique personal skills

    Performance Time:
    Maximum: 6 minutes

    Music tracks or supporting materials (if needed) must be submitted 2 days before the event in MP3 or standard format to the cordinator. Props are allowed but must be brought by the participant.

    Judges’ decisions are final. Certificates will be given to winners and participants.
  • Mic for a Minute (JAM)
    Description: Ready. Set. Speak! Mic for a Minute is a thrilling test of spontaneity, fluency, and presence of mind. Participants must speak non-stop for one minute on a surprise topic—without repetition, hesitation, or deviation. It’s a fun, fast-paced event that challenges your wit, vocabulary, and ability to think on your feet!

    Rules and Guidelines: This is an individual event. Topics will be given on the spot. Each participant must speak continuously for 1 minute on the assigned topic.

    The goal is to avoid: Repetition (no repeating words or ideas). Hesitation (no unnatural pauses, fillers like "um", "uh"). Deviation (stay on the topic without straying). A moderator will monitor errors. Participants will be stopped if they break a rule.

    Top scorers may face a final JAM round for the title.
    Judges’ decisions are final.
    Certificates will be issued to winners and participants.
  • Lyrics Hub
    Description: Think you know your favorite songs inside out? LyricsHub is the ultimate lyrical challenge where participants must identify songs from incomplete lines, twisted phrases, or hummed tunes. Whether you're a pop lover, a classical fan, or a Bollywood buff, your lyrical memory and music sense will be put to the test!

    Rules and Guidelines: This is a duo event.
    Participants will be given audio clips, text snippets, or jumbled lyrics from popular songs.

    Each participant/team will face a set of 5 challenges:
    Identify the song name and/or artist.Complete the missing lyrics.Unjumble the lyrics. Guess the song from a humming/audio clip. Rapid-fire round (optional/finalists only)

    Time limit: Around 30 seconds per question.

    No use of mobile phones or external help. Any such attempt will lead to disqualification.
    Bonus points for accuracy in lyrics Judges’ decisions are final.Certificates will be awarded to winners and participants.
  • Connection
    Description:
    Connection is a mind-bending quiz event where logic meets creativity. Participants are presented with a series of clues—images, words, symbols, or phrases—and must find the hidden link that connects them all. It’s not just about what you see—it’s about how you think. Decode, connect, and conquer!

    Rules and Guidelines: This is a duo event.
    The event consists of multiple rounds such as:
    Visual Round: Identify the common connection between 4–5 images.
    Each round have 10 Questions.
    Final Rapid Connect Round (for top-scoring teams): Quick-fire connections with increasing difficulty.

    Each question will have a time limit (e.g., 30–60 secs).
    No use of mobile phones or internet during the event. Judges’/Quizmaster's decisions are final. Certificates will be given to winners and participants.
  • Haunt & Hunt – Treasure Hunt
    Description:
    Step into the spine-chilling world of Haunt & Hunt, a solo thriller challenge where participants race against time through a series of ghost-themed tasks and riddles. This isn’t a typical treasure hunt—there are no multiple locations. Everything happens within a fixed haunted zone filled with scary content, and mind-bending clues. Designed for individual participants, the event tests your logic, observation, and courage in a haunted atmosphere.

    Rules and Guidelines:
    This is a solo event—only one participant per entry.
    Event will involve quick 1–2 minute tasks, including logic-based riddles, spooky challenges, and physical or observation tasks.


    No external help or mobile phones allowed.
    All clues must be solved in order. Damaging props or tampering with other participants' clues will lead to immediate disqualification.
    The first participant to find with correct answers will be declared the winner.
    Certificates will be awarded to both winners and all participants.
    Judges’ decisions are final.
